RVA/ONEM is de Rijksdienst voor Arbeidsvoorzieningen, die vooral verantwoordelijk is voor het toekennen en controleren van de werkloosheidsuitkeringen. We zijn te gast in een vergadering waar de TOP 6 (directie) strategische beslissingen doorspreekt met de dienst organisatieontwikkeling.
